Flu Vaccine Appointments

Riverside Surgery have teamed up with AskFirst to help you book your flu appointment this flu season. Download the AskFirst app on your mobile/tablet or use the web version at AskFirst - Sensely. Avoid telephone queuing and book via the AskFirst app in less than 3 minutes.

We use eConsult as a Total Triage system for all requests whether it be for an appointment or any other type of request both clinical and administrative.  The exceptions to this are appointments with the Practice Nurse.

It means that your requests received by eConsult, both clinical and administrative will be assessed and a decision will be taken to the most appropriate course of action, for instance an appointment arranged, an investigation organised or an administrative task carried out.

We are having a planned CQC visit on Wednesday 18.11.2020. If you would like to talk to the CQC Inspector privately and in confidence, you can contact CQC at 03000 616161 or on
