SYSTEM DOWNTIME:
On Thursday 25th July 2019, Riverside Surgery will be upgrading to a new clinical system. The new system is provided by the largest supplier of GP computer software in the country and this change should greatly improve our practice efficiency.
To facilitate this change in system, our current online services at http://www.patient-services.co.uk will be suspended on 16th July 2019.
A new online system called Patient Access will be available for you to use and we will provide information on how to do this via email once the upgrade is complete. You will be able to access the new online service from Monday 5th August 2019.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and do ask that you be patient with us at this time, as we move to a faster, better and more efficient computerised clinical system.
APPOINTMENTS – During the down time All Appointments will be “On The Day Appointments Only” which means you will have to call in the morning to book the appointment. On 25th July 2019 the Telephone Lines and Reception Desk will open at 10:00am.
